Booking Terms & Conditions
Reservation
- A 20% non-refundable down payment is required to secure the booking date.
- Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the down payment.
- Remaining balance must be settled on or before the event date.
Transportation
- Transportation fees may apply depending on the event location.
- Locations outside Pangasinan may incur additional transportation charges.
Service Duration
- Coffee bar service duration is up to 2 hours, starting from the time the coffee bar opens.
- Extension beyond the agreed service duration will be charged ₱500 per hour.

Should the host require additional servings beyond the booked quantity:

Additional cups are subject to ingredient availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Down payments are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling may be accommodated subject to availability and with at least fourteen (14) days prior notice.
Force Majeure
G7 Café shall not be held liable for delays or inability to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, severe weather conditions, and power outages.
